The Reports section of The Reward Store helps businesses keep track of all purchases, rewards used, and user activity. It makes it easy to see how rewards are spent, understand customer behavior, and improve the reward program for better results.


How do you find Reports in the Rewards Store Dashboard?


1. Log in to The Reward Store.

2. Navigate to the Reports section in the dashboard. Select the report category you need.



3. Click "Request Report" and you will be redirected to the below page.



4. Choose the type of report you need from the dropdown menu (Order History, Transaction History, Catalog & Recharge History). Then, select the required date range and enter a report name before generating the report.


5. After entering all the required details, click "Generate Report" to create and download the report.



6. After the report is generated, it will be available in the Requested Report section. You can then proceed to download the document.
